TP Wall Art {from the web}
He encontrado esta foto en Pinterest. Me ha llamado la atención por que me ha gustado la forma. Luego he leido: Made from toilet paper rolls…genius
Obviamente he clicado el link rauda y veloz como el viento (¿que esperabais?)
Basicamente se trata de cortar los rollos de papel higienico en tiras de 2,5 cms. de ancho, plegarlas, pintarlas por ambas caras con nuestra amiga la pintura spray (esa que habeis comprado para los jarrones de ayer), pegarlas con la pistola de silicona con la forma que quereis, dejar que seque y... voilà: ¡Una obra de arte estupenda!
P.S.: Es altamente aconsejable utilizar guantes de goma al utilizar la pintura spray.

Basically it tries to cut rolls of toilet paper into strips 1" wide, folding, painting on both sides with our friend spray painting (that you bought yesterday for mason jars), stick it with the glue gun with the form you want, let it dry and. .. voilà: A spectacular work of art!
P.S.: It is highly recomended to use rubber gloves when using spray paint.

Mason Jars {from the web}
Ultimamente estoy viendo una gran cantidad de fotos de botes de cristal, de esos de las conservas. Y luego voy al super ¿y que me encuentro? Botes de cristal. Será una coincidencia, pero he empezado a buscar cosas que hacer con ellos...

La primera es facilisima. Solo necesitas los botes de cristal, un lápiz para escribir en ellos, una pistola de silicona y una pintura spray del color que te guste.

Turban Twisted Scarf {from the web}
Oh Sí!! He encontrado la diadema ideal en el tejido ideal!! Como si fuera un turbante pero fijada a la parte posterior por un botón automático.
Ahora que hace calorcito y apetece recogerse el pelo, o para las que como yo estan en fase de crecimiento y algunos van hacia la derecha y otros hacia la izquierda... No tendréis que preocuparos de atar el pañuelo cada vez que lo queráis llevar y evitareís el horrible nudo en la nuca.
Es sencillisima de hacer, mañana voy a comprar tela y en cuanto la haga os cuelgo foto.
Oh Yes! I found the ideal headband with the ideal fabric! Like a turban but attached to the rear by a snap fastener.
Now that's hot and we want hair up, or for those who like me are in growth phase and some are going right and others left ... You will not have to worry about tying the scarf whenever youwish to wear it and you will avoid the ugly knot at the nape.
It is very simple to do, tomorrow I am going to buy fabric and as soon as I will make it I will post a photo.
Cortar 4 trozos como los de la imagen (más o menos). Hay que medirse la cabeza por donde quieras usar el pañuelo como diadema y añadir aproximadameente 2 cm. (a mi me salen unos 56+2 cm). Siempre será mejor equivocarse de más que de menos.
Coser las piezas entre sí por el reves, dejando un agujero de alrededor de 1 cm para poder girar el tejido. Una vez dada la vuelta hay que coser sin que se note la parte que hemos dejado abierta. Cuando se tienen las dos bandas hechas hay que plancharlas para que queden bien planas.
Cruzar las bandas, doblarlas sobre ellas mismas y coser los extremos y coser el boton automatico.
Lista para llevar!!
Cut 4 pieces like the image (more or less). Head should be measured by where you want to use the scarf as headband and add about 2 cm. (my I get a 56 +2cm). Is always better to err of over than less.
Sew the pieces together at the back, leaving a hole about 1 cm to spin the fabric. Once turn them you must sew the part that we have left open. When you have made the two bands they have to be iron so they remain flat.
Crossing bands, fold in on themselves, sew the ends and sew the button automatic.
Ready to go!

Chestnut bun {from the web}
Una de las razones para querer el pelo largo es poder recogerlo, que parece un sin sentido pero no lo es. Colas, trenzas, moños... Hay mil modos de recogerse el pelo.
Hace algún tiempo Joanna Gooddard de a Cup of Jo inició una serie de post con recogidos para boda que me parecen muy llevables con un par de tejanos.
La modelo es una amiga de Joanna que se llama Caroline (el enlace os lleva a su e-tienda de joyas)
One reason for wanting long hair is to be able tied it up, which seems nonsense but it is not. Tails, braids, buns, cignon ... There are a thousand ways of hair up.
Some time ago, Joanna Gooddard of Cup of Jo began a series of posts gathered for awedding that I find very wearable with a pair of jeans.
The model is a friend of Joanna called Caroline (the link takes you to her jewelry's e-shop)
1. Recoge tu pelo en una coleta alta con una goma elástica para cabello. Es importante apretar mucho el elástico, de lo contrario cuando llegues al paso 3 tendrás que volver a empezar.
2. Desliza la goma elástica hacia abajo para que no quede pegada a la cabeza.
3. Crea un pequeño "agujero" en la parte suelta del (entre la cabeza y el elástico)
4. Pasar la cola atraves del agujero que acabas de crear.
5. Nota: Asegúrate de pasar la cola de caballo a través del agujero desde ABAJO hacia arriba
6. Pasar toda la cola hasta que salga por la parte superior del elástico. Necesitaras abrirla un poco a modo de abanico para crear una forma uniforme.
7. Coge el final de la cola, girarla hacia el interno y pásala a través del elástico. Si tienes el pelo muy largo tendrás que enrollar tu pelo alrededor de una mano antes de fijarla en la goma.
8. Fija las puntas de la cola con algunas horquillas y clips. Asegúrate que quede bien fijada y utiliza clips y horquillas para fijar el resto del moño. Puedes utilizar laca para una mayor fijación.
1. Gather your hair into a high ponytail and secure it with a rubber band. You want the band to be pretty tight (otherwise the sides of the ponytail will droop after you do step three).
2. Next, slide your rubber band down a little so it's no longer tight against your scalp.
3. Create a little "hole" in the loosened part of your hair (between your scalp and the rubber band).
4. Pull your ponytail through the hole you just created.
5. Note: Be sure to pull the ponytail UP through the hole
6. Pull the ponytail all the way through so it hangs over the top of the rubber band. You may have to fan out the ponytail a little to create an even shape.
7. Next, loop the end of the ponytail under, towards the rubber band. If your hair is super long, you may have to wrap the ends of the ponytail around your hand a few times before you tuck it under.
8. Pin the ends that you just tucked using a few bobby pins. Make sure it's pinned very securely. Then keep pinning the sides and bottom of the bun until it feels secure. You can spray with hairspray for extra hold.
